About Abdulmalik
Abdulmalik Kambarov, the visionary founder of E&E, is on a mission to bridge the digital divide in Central Asia. Growing up in a small town in Uzbekistan with limited educational resources, Abdulmalik developed a passion for computer science, teaching himself multiple programming languages.
Inspired by his own challenges, he launched E&E to provide digital literacy and coding education to low-income teenagers. His efforts have reached over 500 students and garnered prestigious awards, reflecting his commitment to fostering digital equality and inspiring future innovators.
Project Overview
Equity & Empowerment (E&E), founded by Abdulmalik, is dedicated to closing the digital gap in Central Asia by offering free and flexible digital literacy education to underprivileged youth. Inspired by Abdulmalik's personal journey, E&E empowers students through in-person and online classes, mentorship, and workshops.
By fostering a passion for technology and innovation, E&E transforms lives, enabling students to build their own websites and apps. With initiatives like the E&E Ambassador Program, the project continues to scale its impact, striving for a future where digital equality is accessible to all.
